Venue

Jackson Kelly Offices
Charleston, WV

Event Overview

Open invite to News Departments across the state to join the WVBA, fellow Reporters and WVBA Legal Counsel for discussions on FOIA’s, Open Government Proceedings, Defamation, News Department Issues - Problems and Solutions. I encourage you to send any reporter in your station that would have to deal with these subjects or have questions for our Legal Counsel.

We welcome your input on topics of discussion...what are areas your reporters struggle with or could use more direction on? We want this to be an interactive event where attendees can discuss and learn alongside professionals. Send your input and registration to mcrist@wvba.com.
